Founded in 2004, IACBA holds three to four board and/or general membership meetings annually at various locations around the world as well as many teleconferences between board, committee and special project team members. By participating, your organization contributes to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the automotive audit process.

IACBA members register the quality systems of manufacturers of products and/or parts that are used on or in automobiles, trucks, buses, and motorcycles. IACBA membership requires a commitment to follow the appropriate codes of professional practices in providing services to these global automotive suppliers. This commitment to integrity within our industry gives IACBA members a unique competitive edge when pursuing new business.

IACBA membership is open to any certification body approved by (contracted with) the IATF through one of its five oversight offices. These offices include SMMT (England), VDA-QMC (Germany), IAOB (North America), IATF-France (France), and ANFIA (Italy). Annual membership dues are $2,500.00 USD.
